One of my favorite questions.
You can use it in almost any situation.
For marketers. Ask it when doing customer interviews and research.
For salespeople. Ask it when you’re doing discovery or during a product demo.
For customer success. Ask it when you’re doing an onboarding call or quarterly business review.
For people managers. Ask it during your one-on-ones.
The question is great cause it’s not a negative question and it doesn’t lead or bias the person being asked it.
