Never too early to do a prediction post.
So here it goes.
1) LinkedIn will continue to trend in the direction of Facebook and a new B2B professional network will emerge.
2) The rise of the ‘digital tradesperson’ will continue to gain steam and there will be lots of companies with more on demand workers and agents than full time employees.
3) SEO doesn’t die but becomes more focused on serving results from people who create content rather than companies.
4) Relationships, not channels or ads, will become the prominent way people learn about and buy products.
5) Ads will mostly be used for brand awareness and promoting the people who are the trusted sources of information in a category.
6) Events (in-person and online) become the most important channel for companies to grow relationships with buyers and customers.
7) Salespeople become better educated, therefore close more business,
thanks to personalized enablement agents.
8) Continual customer onboarding becomes a top priority for all revenue executives. Copilots and agents guide customers and CSMs through change management when purchasing and using software.
9) Software isn’t what people buy anymore. Instead people are buying a new or better process and result. They buy assistants, artificial and human.
