Pocket stories are essential. Too much of the time we focus on the bigger, highly polished customer story. Why not instead create a collection of 10, 15, 20 or more short pocket stories.
They can all follow a similar format. The problem, the way the customer solved the problem, the impact they feel since solving the problem.
Have them come from a variety of voices. Some from the economic buyer, some from the champion of the deal, and some from the end users.
These don't even have to be public stories. They can be stories that are told during one-on-one customer conversations. Plus they can be paired with some super simple graphics, be audio only or be video.
Another way to think about it are community pocket stories.
Stories from people in your owned community or just your brand's network that people can learn from quickly. Nothing to do with your product, rather the pain, solution, or category.
Maybe a better way to position these are "snackable stories." What da ya think? Got to run cause now I'm hungry.
