Go-to-Market Daily

GTM Calendar

Straightforward idea today. Every company should have one calendar that contains all of its important go-to-market activities.

Things like new product launches, major product updates, webinars, events, and anything that the all the go-to-market teams should know about.

Things it should not include are email sends, social posts, and the content schedule. Things that are routine and aren't important for all teams to focus on.

Thing signal from the noise. The things that are going to help teams achieve their goals and numbers.

This calendar should be built inside of the primary calendar tool that every person uses at the company. Like Google Calendar. So it's front and center and always present.

And each calendar hold should include context. Like what's the goal, who's the audience and where can a person go to learn more about it.
