It could be an additional payout if they hit a certain number of registrants for a webinars. 

A specific number of event registrants. 

Of course considering the quality factor in both of those

Or a number of qualified sales meetings. 

The point is to give the partner a bit more skin in the game and try to get them to not just get their audience's attention, but to turn that attention into interest.
