When was the last time you revamped your customer testimonials? If it's been more than six month that it's time to do a blitz.


When was the last time you revamped your customer testimonials? If it's been more than six month that it's time to do a blitz.

Reach out to five to ten customers that have been using your product for at least six months and see if they could record a short video answering 2-3 questions you give them.

Here are some different questions you could ask:

What's your favorite thing about X product?

What has been the biggest pain point you've solved using X product?

How do you measure the success of using X product?

What problems are you solving using X product?

Why should someone buy X product?

🙂Give them two or three simple questions to answer. Use something like Testimonial Hero to make the process dead simple.

Then upload to YouTube, post them on LinkedIn, use them in emails (marketing and sales), put them on your website.

And then watch the revenue come in.
