I was at a great event today in NYC. Navattic, the best interactive demo solution on the market, hosted 40 of their customers for a 2-day event.
Today it was all about learning together. The sessions were all delivered by customers and the rest was small group workshops. Excellent format and that's a post for another day.
Back to demo arenas, which I learned about for the first time today.
What's a demo arena or demo center?
A place where a buyer can check out all of the use cases of your product without having to talk to anyone.
Here's a great example from Klue.
Talk about a buyer-first approach to selling.
My prediction is we're going to see a TON more demo arenas built over the next couple of years.
Giving buyers more control and earning their trust and respect faster than having to wait for a person to follow-up, schedule a demo, and then deliver a subpar demo.
The new demo offer will be "get a custom demo" instead of "get a demo"
