I've been thinking. more and more about what a great business looks like you in the future. I think it's going to be made up of five core ingredients what's I'm calling the ADDED Framework
AUDIENCE: The total number of relationships a brand will start and keep. The power of its reach.
DISTRIBUTION: Partnerships, digital channels, social networks, private/public communities, search interfaces, AI agents, etc.
DATA: To power LLMs and other AI models to use for front office and back office jobs, and as part of the product experience.
EDUCATION: Adding value to buyers and customers outside of the product experience.
DIFFERENTIATION: The foundation for why people will remember and for word of mouth activation.
