I'm betting big that one thing is going to matter more and more in the future. 

The culture of a company. 

Your brand today is a reflection of your culture. Just take Nike or Apple as an example. 

Or look carefully at one of your favorite restaurants.

Culture is created by people. Culture are all the small and big things. Culture is what you tolerate and don't tolerate. Culture is what you reward and punish. Culture is the DNA of the company. 

Brand is born from its DNA. 

Invest more in its culture and people. Your go-to-market needs it.
